Help: How to make a reservation

How to book?

These are the simple steps to follow if you’d like to make a booking with us:

  1. We can be contacted via email. You need to tell us as much of your travel requirements as you know. This includes travel dates, departure airport, destination, type of accommodation, number of people, special requests, etc. We will also require a phone number and/or email address so we can get in touch with you.
  2. In reply to your travel request you’ll receive a written quotation for the price of your journey.
  3. Upon your approval of the quotation you will be forward an invoice.
  4. To confirm your booking we require a £100 per person deposit. The can be settled using cheque or card payment as well as by money transfer. Please note there is a credit card charge of 4%.
  5. 10 weeks before your travel the remaining balance is due and can be paid by the same means as the deposit.
  6. As soon as we receive the full payment you are forward all vouchers.
  7. Upon your return we will be in touch to get some feedback.

 

To make a reservation for particular package, you have to fill in the form you will find in our site. The form contains all the information about your chosen offer. Please make sure you filled the form correctly and gave us all the information required. Please read also the Booking Conditions thoroughly and accept them.

You will receive the information about your chosen offers availability within 48 hours of the moment we receive your reservation.

GoPoland operate under an Air Travel Organisers Licence (ATOL) (licence number 6652) that is issued by the Civil Aviation Authority. This means that if in the unlikely event of Go Poland becoming insolvent your money will be refunded or, if You are already abroad, You and the members of your Party will be repatriated.
